Since 1960 when YKK opened its first U.S. office in New York, NY, YKK America Group has grown continually in size and scope. Today, we encompass most of the Western Hemisphere with companies in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and South America. Fastening Products. Includes zippers, hook and loop self-closing tape systems, webbings, metal snaps and buttons, and plastic buckles and notions. Marketed under the YKK® brand.
Architectural Products. Includes entrances and window systems for storefront, window wall and curtainwall systems for commercial applications; and residential windows and doors. Marketed under the YKK AP® brand.
